At Helius Jewels, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep you coming back to our store from time and time.

For diamond rings under "x collection", we are offering 3-year Jewellery warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes the cracks on the ring surface, and breakage/separation on bands or discolouration. 

In the case of negligence caused by the customer, we do provide repair services which is chargeable, kindly drop us a message and our representative will get back to you at our earliest convenience.
